Payment Details

A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Deposit of $350.00 due within 10 days of booking; Full payment required 45 days prior to arrival; Credit cards may be used for final payment - credit card processing fee to be paid by renter 3%; Reservations subject to $100 cancellation fee; Cancellations incur the following fees: 30-45 prior to arrival: 50%, 14-29 prior 75%, 0-14 prior 100%, no refunds on unused portions after arrival in Hawaii. A $10 fee assessed for revisions to original booking. Security Deposit returned within 14 days of departure if no damages, losses, or excessive cleaning charges

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
