1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The loft features a desk, tv, dvd and a queen size sofa sleeper.

1 Queen or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). This room has two single twin beds and is located on the main floor. A 32 inch tv and dvd player is provided in this room.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
Please send wire transfers, for the deposit and final payment, in US dollars directly to our account.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
