The couch in the family area is a queen sofabed. European cabinetry & granite counters complete the kitchen. An attractive, comfortable dining table seats six. Upstairs MBR has a luxurious king-size bed and views of Waim The master bedroom also has a TV and full dresser. The guest room has 2 twins that can also be made into a king

Master Bedroom
1 King Bed. This room has wonderful views of the Waimea Valley and Kohala Mountains--all from your luscious king-sized bed. The Master Bedroom and the lanai off of it also have an ocean view, although distant. You will also be able to see the King's Golf Course and the Mauna Lani Resort (at a distance).
Family Room
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. The couch in the family/living room area folds out into a queen sofabed to help expand your guest accommodations.
Bedroom
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). These two singles are in the bedroom downstairs and set far enough away from the living area that noise will not be a problem. The twin beds can also beconverted into a king size bed.
Bathrooms
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
View
The views from the living area and lanai include the Waimea Valley and Kohala Mountains. The unit is very private as it faces the lava flow with the Mauna Lani Golf Course in the distance--it is separated from the Mauna Lani by a lava berm. The Master Bedroom and its lanai also have wonderful views of the Waimea Valley and Kohala Mountains with a distant ocean view.

This Villa is brand new and we're anxious to welcome you! The Master Bedroom has fabulous views of the Kohala Mountains and the Waimea Valley, with a distant ocean view to the west. The second bedroom downstairs is separated from the main living area to allow for greater privacy. Location in the complex affords a great amount of privacy, yet you are close to the main pool area, which includes the hot-tub, a work-out room with exercise equipment, and a meeting room with kitchen and the tennis court. As a guest of the Waikoloa Colony Villas you receive discounted green fees at the King's Course and Ocean Course of the Waikoloa Resort, and the Villa is within walking distance of the clubhouse of the King's Course.

• Located 18 miles north of the Kona Airport (KOA). Transit time is about 20 minutes.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). You can walk to the clubhouse of the King's Course in just a few minutes -- it is just outside the entry gate of the complex. The Ocean Course is just a few minute's car ride away. World Class Golf can also be found at the Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea resort.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). At the King's Shops you can find many fine restaurants, galleries and stores. These include: Roy's of Hawaii, Starbucks, The Big Island Steak House, Merriman's Cafe, Dolphin Gallery, Pacific Rim Collections. The King's Shops are a few minute car ride or 5-10-minute walk away.
• Beach surface is fine sand. You can either walk to the ocean from our Villa (Hilton Waikoloa Beach is 15 minutes away, "A-Bay", or Waikoloa Beach where you can rent kayaks, windsurfers, etc., is about a 20-minute walk or a short drive) or drive to each of these in a very few minutes. Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach, both listed as one of the top ten beaches in the world, is a ten minute drive away. This unit is not in Waikoloa Village, which is up the mountain. This unit is in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area. Anaehoomalu Bay ("A-Bay)is a rare swimming beach that can either be walked to (15 minutes) or driven to (a few minutes) and you can snorkel, wind surf, kayak, body board, or view tropical fish and coral from a glass bottom boat. As all beaches in Hawaii have public access, you can also walk to the beach of the Hilton Waikoloa (5 minute walk). Hapuna Beach is a ten minute drive away.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash
If paying by personal check, allow time for your check to clear. Credit cards must have an expiration after your departure date. If you must cancel and we are able to re-rent your unit, the cancellation fee is $100. Holiday season cancellation and deposit requirements differ slightly--call for exact information.
