    Payment Details
    2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    There is a $200 cancellation Deposit. It is non-refundable if there is a cancellation at any time and is required within 10 days of booking to secure reservation. This is fully refunded upon departure provided there have been no damamges to the unit or its contents.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
