    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Cash - Diners Club
    Security deposit will be kept if cancellation occurs 60 days prior to arrival and unit is not able to be rented. No refund for dates not used if departing early.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 25.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 60.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
