Payment Details

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Cash
Cancellation Policy- If you cancel before the rent is paid, the deposit is lost. If you cancel after the rent is paid, the rent is only refunded if the villa can be re-booked.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $35/each.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
