Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

Rentals of less than 7 nights will not be accepted unless the rental begins or ends within 2 nights of another rental. Then rentals of 3 or more nights will be accommodated.

For stays of less than 7 nights the cleaning fee ($150) plus 4.166% GET is added to the quoted rate.

When available, Late check in and early check out for 1/2 day rate.

Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Select Comfort mattress allows each person to pick their sleep number for comfort. This bed is never too soft or too firm and provides wonderful storage for large items under. Full opening wall of windows with ocean (white water) views and sound of surf. Bedroom has been enlarged and includes desk with color printer/fax/high speed Internet and ensuite bath & dressing room w full length mirror

Alcove

1 Twin Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). Murphy style bunks mean you can pull down and use just the lower bunk or both. ensuite bath and dressing area. Sliding doors for privacy, ceiling fan and windows for cross ventillation. CAUTION - minimum age for top bunk is 7. There is room in this space for a pack-n-play should you have an infant. The bottom bunk is low and 2 and 3 year olds love it. I like it too as when my husband is not on island and my parents come for a visit, I sleep in the lower bunk. Both beds have reading lights. Full length twins, slightly narrower than standard.

Living Room

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). This bed works fine for a couple or a child. Please note, even though we can sleep more, the maximum occupancy in our condo is 4. The value in this completely remodeled unit is the availability of a private second sleeping area at one bedroom pricing.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View

Sweeping ocean views from every room - even the shower!. West Maui Mountains to water or waves breaking on the beach and tide pools near our ocean front pool from the bedroom, living room and lanai. Enjoy watching folks walking to the ocean down our "green belt" - We are in the lower village, and though the walk to the beach is not quite level, it takes just 2 or 3 minutes - unlike those you see trecking way to the back of the resort. 34 acres of tropical splendor, amazing birds, flowers and trees out of every window - easy to identify too as we provide books covering all those topics and tour guides too.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nt) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
If you wish to move, rather than cancel the reservation, the full deposit, will be applied to your new stay if booked to occur within one year of the previous reservation. If you cancel (for any reason) within 60 days of arrival and we are able to re-rent your unit, you will receive a rebate (of the funds paid to us) equal to the amount we recover less one night handling fee. There will be no rebate if the unit is not re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $65-$150.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
