    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
    A 3% Credit Card Fee may apply. $300 security deposit is required for each unit rented and will be refunded if no damages to the units, and they are left reasonably tidy.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $40.00.
    • Check in after 4:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $75. will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
