    The North Fork of the Wailua River that runs below the house is visible even from the infinity pool that seems to float out over the canyon. The world famous Mount Waialiali, home to the highest elevation swamp in the world, as well as the wettest spot in the world can be seen from the kitchen, dining, living, and bedrooms of this newly built contemporary home. 1000's of acres of lush tropical vegetation like abizza, and mango trees are sanctuary to the many varieties of tropical birds that fly and float above and below the house in the Valley of the Kings. Enjoy your majestic views from sun up to sun down and watch all the colors in between.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 9.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $200 per day.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
