    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Private master bedroom on the opposite side of the house from the other two bedrooms. Large TV in Amoire provide the perfect retreat. Beautifully furnished with high end new furnishings. Bed is of the highest quality, and dressed in beautiful tropical bedding with 600 thread count sheets.

    1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom is cozy and calm. Lots of light and windows as well as a ceiling fan, will keep you cool, and provide a restfull enviornment for you to rest aand prepare for your next day in paradise.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
