From your balcony you can view large parts of the island.
• The airport is 8 miles from your apartment.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There is four golf courses within 25 minutes by car.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Local buses will take you to Warrens shopping mall, supermarkets, local shops, food stalls, fast food, and dining restaurants (approximately a 5 minute bus ride from your apartment). Fares are BD$1.50 (50p) will take you to any destination. Local shop is a 2 minute walk from your apartment.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The beach is a 10 minute drive. There is miles of open beaches available to all around the island.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
