    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, payments (less 150) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card
    Credit cards are charged 50% of stay 90 days before scheduled departure date, the balance is charged 14 days before arrival. If canceled in between 90 days and two weeks before arrival 20% is retained for admin fee and the rest is refunded. If canceled less than 14 days, no refund unless can be re-rented for full scheduled amount.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
