Attractions
Methow Valley River is just across the Hwy from our entrance. There are many hiking/biking/walking/skiing/snowshoeing trails within 15 minutes of our property. There many alpine and recreational lakes just a short drive away. We have a Golf course, River Rafting, Fishing, Hot Air Balloons & Snowmobiling all in our valley.

There are 2 courses within a walking or driving distance. Unspecified are a 0 minute drive/taxi from the property.
Snow Skiing & Boarding
Groomed Cross Country Ski Trail out your front door. Loup Loup Ski Bowl is 45 minutes down Hwy 20.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is near a lake.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
All Cancellations are subject to a 5% handling fee on the Full Rental Amount. All Holiday Bookings are subject to a 60 day prior cancellation notification.
