The location is 5 minutes from the I-405 and I-5 freeway's, but without any noise. Pristine and comfortable, we are located on an end unit where there is only one attached wall. Your view is of a beautiful stand of trees The entire town home has new comfortable furnishings. Bring a book, look out on the peaceful setting, take a walk, or build a fire and just RELAX in the recliners in the living room.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Travelers Cheques
    If cancellation is prior to 60 days, a full refund will be made. If within 60 days, we will do our best to fill the unit and a refund will be made up to your total payment. There is a 3% fee for handling credit cards and PayPal. This is a fee that we are charged from the various credit card companies. To save you money we prefer to have a check for payment.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
