This suite is very cute, has an eclectic and stylish décor and comes completely equipped with; furnishings, towels, linens, artwork, dishware, glassware, small and large appliances and so much more for your convenience. The storage is plentiful with a large food pantry, brand new (2006) kitchen, plenty of closet space and additional outside storage for bikes, strollers, etc. It has several windows that make it delightfully bright and sunny. It has two bedrooms, a full bathroom and is approximately 1,100 square feet.

    It is situated in a very beautiful, historic neighborhood. The neighborhood is a favorite place for locals to take their walks and bike ride. There is a large landscaped and fenced yard for your enjoyment. Responsible pet owners are warmly welcomed. The owner lives upstairs and is quiet and respectful of your privacy.

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $15/night per pet will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
