8 minute bus ride to Metro Train or take a cab.

Only a deli & Chinese carry-out walking distance. Within 10 minute drive/taxi ride to all the city has to offer.
Attractions
Besides monuments & museums, Six Flags America Amusement Park is a 30 minute drive, located in Largo, Maryland. Check their website for hours of operation.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellation 1 days (or more) prior to arrival 30 percent of all payments are refunded.
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 15 days prior to arrival.

Amex, Discover Card, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) , Travelers Cheques, Visa

Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is due on arrival.
