The furnishings are island style with light wood and quality fabrics. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin trundle beds in the second bedroom, and an easy access queen sofa sleeper in living area. There is a stackable washer/dryer in unit along with other full size appliances. This unit also has undercover parking. There is large wall mounted flat-screen in the living rm and a TV in each bedroom. The pool at the Beach Club of Marco is oversize and heated to a comfortable temperature year round. The lush pool area has an abundance of lounge chairs so there is never a need to hurry down for optimal seating. Our three common areas are very pleasant and set up to offer you a range of choices. The 3rd floor area is a "lounge" setting if you decide to have company for happy hour. On the 2nd floor there is plenty of comfortable seating to view the big screen tv or for reading. There are also tables with chairs for the parents to enjoy a game of cards while the kids watch their videos. On the ground level, our screened lanai is set up for relaxation in the shade, or a great place for a luncheon.

    The ultimate vacation rental. This 8 unit complex has privacy and beauty all around. Tiki huts, beach chairs, bbq grills, and 2 lanai's one off the bedroom, and one off the living room. We are across from Public grocery store and about 2 miles from "Times Square." We are right on the beach with ocean views from every room in the condo. Everything you need for a great vacation. Private parking under the building and awesome views from 2 lanai's one off of the living room, and 1 off of the living room. This is the perfect location with everything you need to relax and refresh. Returned home yesterday from 'The Shores' to a chilly London at 30 F (minus 1 C). What a shock to the system having enjoyed a Floridian 85 F for virtually our entire stay, and what a wonderful stay it was in your lovely condo which is probably the best that we've had in our 25 odd years of visiting the USA.. If you will have us, all remains OK and God willing, we look forward to returning about the same time next year. Thanks again and wishing you both a happy Thanksgiving holiday.     Our condo is on the 12th floor with unobstructed views of the ocean and bay. It has the best view of any condo on the island. Has everything you need for a great vacation. We are across the street from shopping, restaurants, and the golf course. Tennis courts, pool and 10 acres of manicured lawns with flowers,palm trees and birds. Shelling, beach activities, and perfect sunsets from the lanai. Leather recliner sofa in the living room. Relax and enjoy our great weather,fine food and the movie theater about 3 blocks away with a full menu & snacks. "We are home from paradise and wishing we were back there. Your condo was wonderful. Everything you could want was there. It was bright and clean and the view was absolutely perfect. We look forward to next year. Has the week of March 18 to 25 of next year been reserved. Private beach access, private pool, screened lanai, and across the street from the best part of the 7 mile beach. 7-11 is on the corner of the block, and Charlie's Boathouse Restaurant is a few feet away. Quiet residential neighborhood yet close enough to enjoy all the island activities. Close your eyes and dream of your tropical vacation with swaying palm trees and warm ocean breezes and fabulous sunsets every night. We have everything you need for a great vacation. Pool, screened lanai, private laundry. Screened lanai, private pool, private dock on the canal . Home now after a delightful weekend in your Ft Meyers Beach house. What a gem. The place was immaculately clean when we arrived, which was so appreciated. We have rented numerous vacation homes that while lovely, are always a bit dirty, or have itchy towels/sheets & very few kitchen items. Your house was just perfect. Lush towels, comfortable beds & everything imaginable in terms of kitchen utensils & gadgets. We loved the location. Just perfect for us for our weekend getaway. We returned to Minnetonka last night, and must tell you we were very sad to leave your lovely beach bungalow. It was one of the better vacations we have had. We tried to take great of everything. We would love to return someday. Greg told us that it is usually booked a year in advance. Nevertheless, we will check with you next year or the year after. Thanks again for making a wonderful one week vacation possible.
