    The house is about 5,000 square ft with open plan upstairs. The entranceway has a huge closet which houses coats and shoes. As you enter the home you will face the large open plan living room, kitchen to the right and also the dining room with 14ft ceilings. Off the entrance way is the door to the garage which can house up to four cars on a hydraulic lift, and also a powder room for visitors just before you reach the living room. Off the living room is the Zen feel master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom, and a dual gas fireplace for both the bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom has a double French door which leads to a small terrace where you can sit all year round and enjoy cocktails, meals or afternoon tea as there is a gas heater on this terrace. This terrace can also be accessed from the living room. The large ensuite bathroom has a Jacuzzi and also a shower, with a double sink. The washer and dryer are also located in this bathroom along with a small TV. Upstairs boasts numerous skylights which is an added feature with one in the kitchen, one in the entrance hall and another skylight in the master bathroom and walk in closet area, never a shortage of natural light in this house. The living room is perfect for entertaining a large number of people and to keep everybody warm there is a gas fireplace. Facing the living room is the kitchen which is a gourmet chef’s dream fully equipped with high end appliances – Thermador Professional gas stove with four burners, barbecue grill, griddle top plus two ovens. Off the family room is a private, small intimate study/reading room which is quiet and secluded and enjoys another view of the Juan de Fuca Strait. There is a desk unit which houses a TV and play station. The ensuite has a very large shower large enough for two people, a tub and one sink. The third bedroom has a Caribbean flair with twin beds for two singles that can be pushed together to make a king bed for a couple, and another gorgeous view of the Juan de Fuca Strait. Cycling up to Tofino from Ucluelet is a great 30 km ride with bike paths in both villages and a pleasant road between them. Once there, see the aptly-named Long Beach, situated within the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve. Along with Florencia Bay, Wickaninnish, Combers and Schooner Cove beaches, it creates the longest sand dune on Vancouver Island stretching for over 16 kilometres (9.94 miles).
