Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. Fee of 10.00 CAD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 3 days)(Charged Per pet.) Pets allowed:Dog A security deposit of 250.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them.. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 31 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. Cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival a 50% refund will be provided.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 200.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 200.00 CAD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.
