View

Beautiful view of the ocean from patio, livingroom and both bedrooms. On a clear day you can see "Cayos Cochinos" the Hog Islands and the mainland of Honduras. You will see the cruise ships pass by along with many small boats.

• Roatan International Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). West End is nearby (10 min's drive) and offers additional shopping and dining choices. During the day you can also catch a $2.50 water taxi to West End from West Bay Beach. Between West Bay and West End you will not be bored!!
• Beach is located within a 4 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Romantic small private beach onsite with gorgeous huge infinity pool (most of the time you will be the only one there)!! The snorkeling off of West Bay Beach is incredible--easily swim to the reef--usually no waves or current, lots of fish. Soft white sand if you like to walk (about a mile long) or just lounge. Many fun bars and restaurants.
• Nearby Attractions: Anthony Key Resort offers a dolphin encounter, scuba, or snorkel (15 min drive). 5 ziplines on the island. Gumbalimba park nearby offers tropical birds, monkeys, watersports & zipline. Rent kayaks, jet skis, or go on glass bottom boat at West Bay Beach. Many fishing boats for hire. Of course, we can't say enough about the diving and snorkeling opportunities!!!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Once we have spoken and confirmed your wish to continue with this rental, we will put you in touch with our property manager who will collect the rental payments by credit card and arrange keys on arrival

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
