This home is sutable for a family. It is a true home and not sutable for a group of unrelated persons.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). A spacious suite with a large walk in closet that has plenty of room for you. There is also a private bath with a large shower including seats and 2 shower heads, plus a hand shower spray. The linen closet is also right at hand. The split floor plan gives you both comfort and privacy. 2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). This comfortable bedroom continues the quality seen throughout the house. The bedroom has soft colors that are relaxing and inviting. 1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). This 3rd Bedroom is also a great office space for keeping up with your email, surfing the web or taking care of business. The comfortable couch is also a great futon that becomes a full-size bed with adjustable head rest.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

The home sits on a small hill about 100 feet back from the road on the half acre lot and allows you to enjoy a lovely view of the sunsets. The view from the Lanai is of the fenced back yard with a wooded area to the rear. The front view is of landscaped beds and a quiet street.

• Nearby Attractions: Spring Hill is situated on the beautiful Gulf Coast in Hernando County. Local activities include the historic Weeki Wachee Springs Mermaid Attraction, which is only 5 minutes away. You can also rent a canoe or kayak and ride down the Weeki Wachee River. Pine Island Beach is 10 minutes away and is our local beach with children's play area, volley ball area, snack bar, barbecue grills and facilities. This is a beautiful place to spend the day, have dinner and watch the sunset. Also within easy reach is Tarpon Springs, famous for sponges and Greek Food, Crystal River and Homosassa Springs are the home for Manatees where you can see and even swim with these gentle creatures. For golfers, this is a paradise, with top quality golf courses right on your doorstep. For children and the young at heart, Orlando and all its attractions are under 2 hours away. The lovely Busch Gardens is just an hour away and the beautiful beach of Clearwater is just 45 minutes away.

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
The cancellation policy relates to the Owner's portion only and does not include the fee paid to Owner Direct.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
