    Tropical views from all windows on both floors, the lot is about half of an acre and contains many oak trees. The whole area is totally secluded.

    We have a large screened lanai with wetbar and ample patio furniture, the pool is also screened and is HEATED and outside shower. Three decks surround the home and we also have a upper level sun deck. Virtual tours on the owner site...which you can view after the time of booking.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). We are a 5 minute walk from Old Palm harbor, shops and restaurants. The malls are under a 10 minute drive.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The Gulf is about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the unit, the best beaches along this coastline being only a 5 minute drive away. Honeymoon and Caladisi islands are 5 minutes away and are protected nature reserves. Lake Tarpon with its famous fishing, is a 5 minute drive We are not directly on the beach
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under the age of 1 years old stay free. A Cribcan be provided.
    • Check in after 5:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
