Exterior of building including pool renovated in 2007. This condo interior was upgraded in December 2005. Everything in the unit was upgraded including new tile floors, kitchen updated with new cabinets, corian counters,appliances, all new furniture and furnishings, upgraded bathrooms, new a/c. This is a lovely condo that you will love staying in. Also have 180 TV cable system along with high speed internet access.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Lots of great golf courses nearby. Owner can help you with courses and tee times.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby, but not too close to be a nuisance.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The unit overlooks the large pool area and the gulf of Mexico. Excellent view of the ocean and the evening sunsets. Beautiful wide beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
