One bedroom condo in Barefoot Beach Resort. This corner unit is located on the ground floor, very near the fully landscaped garden courtyard. The over sized pool is protected by white fencing, and surrounded with palm trees, loungers, tables and chairs. There are also restrooms and an elevated sun-bathing terrace. Directly behind the pool, is a new shade hut, a boardwalk, a fishing dock and deep water boat slips that run along the wide intracoastal waterway.

There are also numerous amusement parks and state parks within driving distance.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
