Large 5 bedroom home, private pool on conservation. This home is disabled friendly. All doors are wide enough for wheel chair access and we have a downstairs wet room with roll in and roll out access. We have 3 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. The home offers a large family room with patio doors leading to the swimming pool. Tel. calls within the USA and Canada are free. The resort has tennis, volley ball, basket ball and play area. Close by, are restaurants,supermarkets and golf. From the villa you can enjoy views of Florida wild in the lake setting and 15 miles of woodland. This is the perfect setting for relaxed Florida living. Pool table available.

This home has a games room with a pool table. The swimming pool can be heated for an extra $30 a day paid directly to the owner. The pool backs on to a lake and woodland. The estate also has a communal pool, tennis, volley ball and basket ball. This unit is approximately fifteen minutes from Disney's west side, and thirty minutes from the Orlando airport.
