Also Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain are nearby What a wonderful vacation you will have imagine hiking, skiing and mountain biking, kayaking or just laying on the beach with a great book!
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 35%) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 500 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
