This comfortable two bedroom unit has tasteful decor. The two bedrooms each have new pillow top kingsized mattresses. The living room kitchen area is open concept looking out to the view. There is wall to wall glass windows and a private deck with magnificant views of Howe Sound.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
