Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
