Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 93 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of $1175 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Tourism Marketing Fee
$200 with each booking
