Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required. For long term stays, the owner takes a damage deposit of 50% of the rent.
