More Information

2010 Winter Olympics are in Whistler, but we will still be open... all season long! Whistler & Blackcomb will be virtually fully open throughout the entire 2009/2010 season and will be buzzing with the Olympic spirit. Transportation will also be relatively easy getting to the resort and amazing once you get up here with Whistler Area Transit capacity increased ten-fold! GST is applicable and may be able to be claimed back from the government of Canada by our US and International Guests.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal
Visa, MasterCard and Direct Debit are available through PayPal. Note that when the balance of payment is collected 45 days prior to arrival, a damage deposit of $250 will also be charged at that time. This amount will be refunded to the guest within one week of checkout assuming no major damage has been caused. If excessive damage has occurred, notification will be sent and the deposit retained. If repair of damage is beyond the regular deposit amount, additional amount will be charged. Renters must be 25 years of age or older. GST can be claimed back by our US & International guests. Cancellation Policy: Full Refund with more than 30 days notice. Less than 30 day Notice of Cancellation Guest will receive Full Refund if Unit is able to be Re-Rented. If unit cannot be Re-Rented a 25% Cancellation Fee will apply. **Rentals from January 15 through March 31, 2010 are only eligible for 50% refund, if cancelled with less than 120 days before scheduled rental start date.**

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
