Living Room

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Very comfortable sofa bed in living room on the main floor. Nice patio with views of the golf course and the mountains, gas BBQ.

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom features a nice corner office with views and an easy chair to relax after an active day. There is also a private balcony.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). King bed can be converted into two Twins - your choice!

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Twin Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1).

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Incredible views of mountains and golf course from the living area and Master Bedroom. Both Guest bedrooms have forest views.

• Vancouver International (YVR) Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. The trip to Whistler takes you through the city of Vancouver and through the very scenic highway 99, which is called Sea to Sky Highway.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Shuttle. Free shuttle bus will take you to the lifts, village. It runs every 7 minutes past midnight.
• Golf: The unit is located on Nicklaus North Whistler Golf Course.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). There is a ski-home trail to the townhouse and a free shuttle bus which runs every 7 minutes past midnight. It runs to both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountain ski bases and to the Main Village, Upper Village and Village North.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). There are many restaurants from fast food to fine dining in Whistler. Stay long enough to experience them all! • Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. 5 minute walk to Lost Lake Beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
There is a different schedule of payments and cancellation policy if the booking is for the time when 2010 Olympic and Para-Olympic is taking place. (Feb 1 - March 15, 2010) Please inquire, thank you! PLEASE NOTE that our RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE!

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 90.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
