This Vacation Home has a Private Hot tub on a Covered Upper Deck with Great View This vacation home has complimentary internet, free parking and a private hot tub on a covered upper deck with mountain views on a secluded side of the building. The living space is on the 2nd level of a 2 level building. Special features include a 24 inch TV and DVD player. The bedding consists of a queen bed; two twin beds that can be joined to make a king and a queen pull out couch. This Whistler accommodation sleeps a maximum of six guests but four is recommended. |

• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There are 3 spectacular courses located nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is approximately a 7 minute walk to the base of the mountain or you can take the free shuttle across from the complex. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Located directly across from the Marketplace, which has the largest grocery store and liquor store. Also, many restaurants are close by.
Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 1 night (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival, your rent will be refunded less a $50 handling fee.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
