This Vacation Home has a Huge Upper Deck with Fantastic Views

This vacation home has complimentary internet, free parking, three bathrooms, vaulted ceilings and three decks with a private hot tub on a huge upper deck with views of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. The living space is on the 2nd and 3rd level of a 3 level building. Special features include two DVD players a 32 inch TV. The bedding consists of a queen bed; two twin beds that may be joined together to make a king and a queen sofa bed. This Whistler accommodation sleeps a maximum of six guests but four is recommended.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Located directly across from the Marketplace which has the largest grocery store and liquor store. Also, many restaurants are close by.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 1 night (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival, your rent will be refunded less a $50 handling fee.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
