The main floor has a living room with gas fireplace and futon bed, dining room, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and washer/dryer. Second level has 2 bedrooms - master has 1 queen bed and second room has 2 twin beds. There is also a second bathroom.
Enjoy the year round heated pool and hot tub located just steps from your front door.

200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
