There is a private front door main entrance plus a private back door to deck and lake. Year round large BBQ on deck - summer, spring and fall use of canoe, life jackets, picnic table and lawn chairs. • The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. Alta Lake - Whistlers most popular swimming spot is at your back deck. A canoe and two kyaks are available for you to paddle the lake or explore the River of Golden Dreams. Winter activities on the lake could include skating and cross country skiing. The shore line is shallow and warms up quickly. Children can play comfortably in the water. We provide a Kayak, canoe and lifejackets for you to use during your stay. Beach Equipment: Canoe.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
Rent payment is flexible and can be worked out with the Owner. A security deposit of $300 is required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $100 handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 50 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
