Drive North on Hwy.99, pass traffic lights to Village Gate Boulevard, 100 feet turn left into Whistler Cay Heights, turn left on Eagle Drive, pass 100 feet turn left to Private Road, Wooden sign of "Smoketree" and "Eagleridge" Complex, keep right down to roadway, you will see 2nd wood sign of complex.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Visa and Master Card will be accepted only for Security/damage deposit. The credit card authorization form establishes credit and guarantees payment for charges that may result from damages, excessive cleaning, house rules violation fines or loss to the property or its contents caused by guests during their stay, we will document the charges and send them to you. A 25% deposit (or two night - whichever is larger) will reserve your preferred dates. A 1/2 day charge is to guarantee a late check out. Cancellation Policy:- During Olympics and Paralympic Games; if you cancel 60 days prior to arrival payments are non refundable. Summer Rentals:- Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival and 60 prior for Winter Rentals. Payments are non-refundable for reservations cancelled within thirty (30) days of arrival.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
