Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Email Money Transfer
Payment if refunded if reservation is cancelled before arrival. A $100 key card deposit will be refunded upon return of the key card(s).

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 2:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 60.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
