• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). You could walk to the lifts if you were a snowboarder, it is quite close but skiiers may want to drive to the day skier parking lot which is not even 5 minutes.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
