Walk to Everything Our unit is a short walk to skiing and to the village. The Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf course and summer swimming (and winter cross country skiing) are also walking distance. Our townhouse is on the Whistler's extensive paved bike/walking trail system that takes you all through the valley. |

Living Room
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. The spacious living room has a vaulted cedar plank ceiling with a gas fireplace and views to Whislter's valley and mountains.
Master Bedroom
1 King Bed. The master bedroom has views to Blackcomb Mountain and opens to a sun deck. The room has oak furnishings, a television and a large closet. There is an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom
2 Single/Twin Beds. This rooms has mountain views and has access to the sun deck. Oak furnishings and the large closet are an advantage.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

The living room has a 180 degree view of Whistler's valley and mountains. The bedrooms look out to Blackcomb Mountain.

The unit is recently renovated with new natural slate floors, heated floors in the enlarged bathrooms, granite counters, new paint, antique furniture, oriental area carpets, bigger bathrooms, neo-glass showers, new bathroom fixtures, bigger bedrooms, new TVs, high speed cable Internet, new stereo, new carpets in the bedrooms, and more.
The high vaulted ceiling in the living and dining room open to views of Whistler's valley and mountains. The gas fireplace has two sides, one side to the living room and the other side to the dining room. The oak dining room set is spacious enough for entertaining and formal dinners. There are two decks; one is off the living room and the other is off the master bedroom.

• Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. Free village shuttle every 10 minutes. Bus Stop is in front of our townhouse complex.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are 5 golf course(s) nearby. 300 yards along paved green space trails to the Chateau Whistler golf course. Four other golf courses are a short drive away. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). The townhouse is 400 yards from the Blackcomb Mountain skiing base station. Green space trails allow you to walk or ski to the ski lift. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). The townhouse is walking distance to skiing, shopping and Whistler village and is just outside Whistler village. Walking distance to Whistler's restaurants and bars but far enough away to avoid noise. A free shuttle bus on a ten minute frequency stops in front of the townhouse property. • Lake is located within a 15 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. A short walk from Lost Lake park. In winter this park has cross country ski trails. In summer, swimming, walking trails and bicycle paths are available. Lost lake and its park are a short walk 600 yards from the townhouse. In winter, the park trails are used for cross country skiing. In summer, this small lake is Whistler's warmest. Walking and bicycle trails are near the unit and in the park.
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.

• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of depends on service. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
