Distances

• Golf: The unit is located on Nicklaus North.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The drive to Whistlers Village Ski slopes is 5-8 minutes by car. Public transit is across the street at the Recreation Centre. The service is regular and often to the ski slopes. Cross Country skiing is available (ski rentals) at our Clubhouse located right on our Subdivision of Nicklaus North. For downhill skiing, you need to either get a bus, taxi, car and then it is a 5-8 minute drive to the village and ski runs.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Nester's Shopping Center is a 1 minute drive or a 15-20 minutes walk.
• The walk to the lake is 4 minutes.
• Nearby Attractions: Across from World Class Recreation Centre: Access to pool, hot tubs, sauna (dry and steam), well equipped work out room, ice skating and racquet ball can be accessed for $12 / day for a family pass, $6 / day for a single. Cross country skiing in winter, golf in summer.

Payment Details

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
3% fee will be added to credit card payments on the owner's portion.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
