This is a family oriented complex so unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate young groups.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Walk to Blackcomb base or free bus shuttle to base gondola to Whistler Mountain.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Free bus service is also available to all points of lifts,shopping,pool,golf,movies,etc..
• Walk to Lost Lake or bike/bus to Alta,Nita,Alpha,or Green lakes.Shuttle bus every 15 minutes, steps from unit.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Deposit of one night's rent is non refundable should booking be cancelled. It will be held as a security deposit against a firm booking and then refunded upon inspection. The full amount of rent is due on or before 10 days of arrival. Note: deposit = $235/winter; $200/summer.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
