Loft

1 Double Bed, 1 Single/Twin Bed (Lower Level of Bunk) and 1 Single/Twin Bed (Upper Level of Bunk). The loft bedroom with single beds is accessible by ladder. Children like this room as it has a trap door. The double bed is in a sleeping nook, which you crawl into.

2 Single/Twin Beds. The single beds have foam mattresses, suitable for sleeping bags (provided).

There is a view to the east of beautiful Black Tusk and a small pond, visible from the main deck and the master bedroom.

Distances

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby. A vehicle is required to get to your choice of 3 golf courses at Whistler or the Squamish Valley course, all within a 30 minute drive.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). Unit is located past F16 on the first Owner Direct Whistler Map--- it is another 5 mins drive south (to the right) past the edge of this map. From the cabin, it is a 5 minute drive to the Olympic Nordic Centre, a 15-20 minute drive north to the Creekside skiers parking lot & another 5 mins to Whistler Village. A vehicle is required.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). A vehicle is needed to get to shopping at Function Junction (10 min drive), Whistler Creekside (15 min) and Whistler Village (20 min).
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock. It takes less than 5 mins to walk to Pinecrest Lake (private). There is also a nice 25 min walk around the Lake. Pinecrest Lake is swimmable from May through Sept. There are several docks, however no power boats are permitted.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less $100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
