Shopping and Dining
Shopping and skiing are only 2 miles from home. It is a long but scenic walk to town. The valley trail is very well maintained. The Whistler recreation facility (swimming, skating, and full aerobics and gym) isa five minute walk away.
Golf Courses
There are three world class golf courses within 10 minutes of the property ( Nicholas North, Chateau Whistler, Whistler Golf Club) Within 30 minutes is another world class course in Pemberton ( Big Sky).
Snow Skiing & Boarding
You will need transportation to the lifts. There is bus pick up 100 yards from home. Shuttle to the lifts is about 5 mins. The shuttle runs from 6am to 1am, every 10 to 15 minutes.

Booking Cancellation:
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented., The refund is reduced by a minimum cancellation fee of 250.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
