Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 30% (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to arrival, no refund. Discuss other refunds with Owner.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
