Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
