please be aware that the outside of the building(in the court yard)is undergoing renovations right now to the end of November from Monday to Saturday; common area has coin laundry (washer/dryer) bbq by the pool

Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. there's also a seasonal train - walk 7 mins.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby. Numerous golf courses (summer only) 5 - 15 minutes by car away from complex. or in Squamish (45 mins) or Pemberton (20 mins)
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Whistler Mountain is steps from the front door of the complex (take the Whistler Mountain lift into the Village and another lift to go to Blackomb Mountain) Blackcomb Mountain is a 15 minute drive to upper Village.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Grocery, ski,& many other store(s), video rental, restaurants are a few minutes walk. Larger shopping and more restaurants (in the Village) are too far to walk in winter, but there is a transit service available. Transit is 2 minutes from the unit - bus ride is about 15 minutes to the Village.
Lake is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock. There are a couple of lakes withing walking distance and a few more lakes available by transit - 15 mins. There are many lakes with beaches at Whistler - summer only.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
A deposit (1/2 of payment) is due at time of booking by cash or cheque (VISA # reserves your dates for one (1) week until your payment arrives). Please mail your cheques immediately (reservation held with VISA # for 7 days only). Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival by cash, post-dated cheque, money order, travelers cheques or PayPal. If you're paying by cheque, send your post-dated cheque together with the security/damage deposit cheque.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30/day CDN.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
