- This unit has everything you could ask for! Many, many repeat visitors book over and over again. - The location is superb; centered between both bases - only 3 minutes to lifts. Located on the Valley Trail. The property is impeccably maintained. It is spacious and ideal for families and couples. Perfect place for entertaining. Exactly what you want for your holiday getaway! - There is a terrific recreation center only 5 minutes away, which has an ice rink, very large and modern exercise room, full length swimming pool with separate kids pool and a very large and comfortable hot tub!

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
A security deposit of $500-$1000 is required depending on length of stay and group makeup.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $500 extra for pet deposit will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 100% refund of deposit after move-out may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
