Payment Details
All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card Deposit: 25% due on reservation Final Payment: 100% due 45 days prior to arrival date Please note that our deposit must be paid immediately after the match is made and you receive instructions from us. If this is not acted on promptly, you may risk losing the unit to another party. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss with owner. may be provided. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
