Quiet Newly Decorated One Bedroom Condominium 100 Yards from Creekside Gondola

We are located at the base of Whistler Mountain at Creekside, a much quieter area than the village. A new development across the street offers shops and services, so there is no need to go to the main village to shop. Our condo has been recently renovated and new furniture added, so it is very comfortable and quiet, as it faces the inner courtyard where the pool and hot tub is located. The condo has a 40''Flat Panel T.V. with High Definition cable and we have a high speed internet connection.

Ski locks are provided that are used to lock ski's in the storage area, but snowboards will require your own cable lock. Ski locks can then be used on the mountain to lock your ski's in lockable ski racks conveniently located. A wax bench with iron is located in the underground parking area.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Walk out of the front door of the complex, across the street and onto the Creekside Gondola, which accesses Whistler mountain.. If you want to ski Blackcomb, take the Creekside Gondola to midstation and take a green run to Whistler village, which allow you to take a Gondola up Blackcomb. A bus stopping outside our Lodge will also take you to the base of Blackcomb.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There are shops located across the street (large market,video rental , coffee, ski and rental shops). There are 5 restaurants within walking distance including Dusty's, and the Rimrock cafe. Most restaurants are located in Whistler village. Whistler village is located 2 miles north of Whistler Creek and can be reached by a bus service stopping at Lake Placid Lodge on a regular basis or by taxi.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
